Full-time Finance Manager
This role will hold Sprout’s daily financial work to help the organization keep a steady pace. This role helps a young, grassroots organization reach its mission by enacting and executing on existing financial policies and systems, as well as seeking efficiencies, improvements, and consistency in said systems. The manager will bring experience in nonprofit financial management and grant reporting, with a preference for experience in non-profit data management and development.

Working with us
As a farmer and gardener development organization, SPROUT pitches into our community food system in several different ways: managing a community garden, cooperatively selling produce for farmers, coordinating a weekly market, supporting partner community gardens, and providing resources and support to farmers. We do organizing and policy work on a local and state level and work to fill the gaps making our food system stronger and more just. Most of the roles at SPROUT are multifaceted, and work both autonomously and in collaboration with others on staff on several projects at a time.
